Notably, director Sukumar is expected to share in the remuneration attributed to Netflix for the OTT rights of "Pushpa 2." It's noteworthy that the inaugural chapter of the saga premiered on Amazon Prime Video, which, in turn, secured its digital rights through a substantial monetary transaction. Recent speculations allude to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who made an unexpected cameo in "Pushpa: The Rise," featuring in a particular song in "Pushpa 2."
